Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BDND Storage ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to store or distribute unlawful content, infringe others\x27 rights, or attempt to disrupt the Service or other customers.

3. Storage & availability

We target 99.95% monthly availability on paid plans. Free plans are provided as-is. We keep 30-day version history on paid plans; deleted data may be purged after the retention window.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Quotas and included egress are described on the Pricing page.

5. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you may export your data for 14 days.

6. Liability

The Service is provided without warranties beyond those required by law. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
